The Mitsubishi Pajero III V60/V70 uses numerous control-arm bushings at the front and rear suspension. When several rubber bushings become soft or worn, wheel guidance can change noticeably under braking, lateral forces and changing loads.
This blue 85 Shore A polyurethane kit renews the inner bushings of the front control arms, several rear control-arm positions and both anti-roll bars. It is intended for vehicles that regularly carry high loads or are used off road.
With independent suspension, every bushing influences the position of its respective control arm. Aged rubber can deform more under braking and lateral forces, and small deviations can add up across the suspension.
The firmer polyurethane limits this deformation and can help keep wheel guidance more consistent under high loads. The more direct mounting can, however, transmit more road noise and impacts than softer bushings.
Before installation, clearly identify each control arm and mounting position and inspect them for corrosion or deformation. Remove the old bushings completely, clean the contact surfaces and use the supplied grease. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation.
These versions have different hardness levels and recommended uses.
