The bushes at the spring eyes and shackles guide the Toyota Hilux 7 rear leaf springs around their mounting bolts. After many years, the original rubber bushes can deflect sideways or develop wear around the bolts.
This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit renews the listed rear leaf-spring mounting points. It is designed for mixed road, work and off-road use.

Reduced play at spring eyes and shackles
Soft or cracked rubber can deform more heavily under payload, braking and uneven-road forces. Polyurethane retains its shape more consistently and can guide the leaf springs and rear axle more precisely around their intended pivot points.
How noticeable the change is also depends on the condition of the spring bolts, shackles, spring packs and frame mounts.

Installation note
Inspect all spring bolts, shackles and mounting points for corrosion, scoring and deformation. Damaged metal components must be replaced separately. Clean all contact surfaces thoroughly before installation.
