Prepare the main suspension and steering-idler mounting points of your Suzuki Vitara I for demanding off-road use and high loads. Soft or worn original rubber can allow additional movement at several suspension and steering positions.

This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit covers the listed front and rear suspension bushes together with the steering idler-arm support bush. It gives less under load than the orange standard version.

Firmer location under high loads

The firmer PU limits deformation at the control-arm and rear-axle mounts more strongly than aged rubber. This can help the arms retain wheel and axle position more consistently under braking, cornering and drive forces. It also limits unwanted movement at the steering idler-arm support.

The firmer connection can transmit more impacts, noise and vibration. Worn joints, steering components or damaged metal mounts must be repaired separately.

Installation note
