Renew the main axle-location bushes on your Suzuki Jimny FJ and restore more controlled movement of both solid axles. Soft, cracked or worn original rubber can allow the axles to move more heavily during braking, acceleration and steering inputs.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit covers the listed front and rear control-arm and Panhard-rod mounting points. It is designed for road use, overland travel and mixed off-road driving.

More defined solid-axle location

Aged rubber can deform more heavily under load and allow additional longitudinal and lateral axle movement. Polyurethane retains its shape better and can reduce these unwanted movements.

The standard setup remains more balanced than the blue 85 Shore A off-road version. The final result also depends on the condition of the control arms, Panhard rods, bolts, mounts, steering and dampers.

Installation note

Inspect all control arms, Panhard rods, bolts and mounts for wear, corrosion or deformation. Remove the old bushes completely, clean the contact surfaces and have axle-location work carried out professionally.
