Give your Suzuki Samurai the rear protection it needs off-road. This steel rear bumper replaces the weaker original components with a heavy-duty construction developed specifically for demanding terrain. It protects the body when grounding out and provides practical attachment points for recovery work.

Heavy-duty construction & precision manufacturing

Strength is the priority in this bumper design.

Material thickness: the bumper body is made from 3 mm steel plate. At the frame mounting points it is reinforced with 5 mm steel.
Manufacturing: all components are laser-cut and CNC-bent for an accurate fit.
Finish: sandblasted and double powder-coated in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for durable corrosion protection.

Off-road features & functionality

Hi-Lift points: integrated, reinforced openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper in an emergency.
Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are already provided; compatible mounts are available separately from our shop.
Combined LED lighting: the set includes modern LED combination lights that integrate neatly into the bumper design.

Colours & finishes

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

Plug & play: no cutting or welding is required on the Samurai. All necessary bolts and brackets are included for direct installation.
Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safe use of jacks and recovery shackles.
Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.
Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
