Steel Front Bumper for Toyota Hilux 7 Vigo, 2005–2011

This vehicle-specific winch bumper is designed for the pre-facelift Toyota Hilux 7 Vigo, model years 2005–2011. It replaces the factory front bumper and combines front protection, an integrated winch plate and preparation for the selected recovery and lighting equipment.

Vehicle-Specific Construction

The load-bearing sections, winch plate and outer bumper sections form a stable unit shaped for the pre-facelift Hilux Vigo. Additional bolted side supports stabilise the long outer sections.

Equipment and Finish

The winch plate, reinforced shackle-holder mounts and two light brackets are integrated. The winch, shackle holders and lights are included only where explicitly stated in the selected variant.

The steel is blasted, zinc-coated using an electric-arc process and finished with an abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and textured top coat.
