This heavy-duty winch bumper for the Toyota Hilux 8 Revo from model year 2020 replaces the factory front bumper with a robust, vehicle-specific steel construction for off-road travel, demanding work and expedition builds.

Depending on the load area, it is manufactured from 6, 4 and 3 mm steel. An integrated winch mount, two built-in light brackets and reinforced threaded points for optional shackle mounts combine front-end protection with practical recovery preparation.

Vehicle-Specific Front Bumper

The bumper follows the contours of the Hilux and provides a durable alternative to the factory plastic front. Additional side supports connect directly to the frame to stabilise the outer sections.

Integrated Winch Mount

The winch plate is permanently integrated, so no separate external mounting plate is required. The winch itself is not included.

Optional Shackle Mounts and Lights

Reinforced threaded mounting points for shackle holders are included in every bumper. The shackle holders themselves are supplied only when the corresponding option is selected; recovery shackles are not included.

Two light brackets are permanently integrated. Depending on the selected variant, the bumper is supplied without lights, with LED fog lights or with LED daytime-running lights.

Surface Protection

The steel is shot-blasted, zinc-sprayed using an electric-arc process and finished with a durable black textured polyester powder coating.
