Upgrade your Opel Frontera B for your next adventure. This steel front bumper provides substantial off-road protection and the functionality required for demanding recovery work. It replaces the original plastic bumper with an extremely robust construction designed specifically for hard off-road use.

High-quality construction & stability

The bumper is laser-cut using modern manufacturing technology and precisely formed on CNC press brakes.

• Material thickness: The bumper body is made from 2.5 mm to 5 mm steel plate.

• Heavy-duty mounting: The brackets connecting the bumper to the vehicle frame are made from 5 mm steel to provide effective load distribution.

• Finish: The component receives a double powder coating for reliable corrosion protection.

Off-road functions

• Integrated winch plate: The bumper provides a stable base for mounting an off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift points: Integrated openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: Prepared mounting holes for recovery shackles are provided; hooks and shackles are available separately as optional accessories.

• LED lighting included: Matching LED lights are included for a modern appearance and improved visibility.

Colours & finishes

The bumper is supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Alternatively, you can choose:

• Custom RAL colour: Enter the required RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: Because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Installation requirement: The impact cones at the front of the frame must be removed for installation. Welding is not required.

• Specialist workshop recommended: We strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct attachment to the frame is safety-critical, particularly during recovery operations.

• Lead time: Each bumper is made to order; the production time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify the possibility of individual approval with the relevant inspection authority before purchasing.
