Give your 7th-generation Toyota Hilux serious off-road protection and a purposeful look. This steel front bumper features an integrated bull bar that helps protect the grille and front end against branches, stones and obstacles in demanding terrain.

Two-piece high-end construction

The bumper is engineered for heavy off-road and working use:

• Winch plate: built from closed sections and 4–5 mm steel plate and bolted directly to the chassis.

• Bumper body: made from 2.5–5 mm steel plate.

• Integrated bull bar: the permanently welded protective bar significantly increases front-end protection.

• TIG welding: all visible outer seams are TIG-welded for clean, strong welds that do not require grinding.

• Finish: sandblasted and double powder-coated in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: optimised for off-road winches; Husar Winch is recommended. The design keeps the clutch lever easy to access.

• Hi-Lift jack points: reinforced openings are integrated for safe use of a Hi-Lift jack.

• Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are provided; compatible mounts are available separately.

• LED lighting: integrated LED lights are included.

• Washer-fluid reservoir protection: bolt-on protection plates for the original washer-fluid reservoir are included.

Colours & finish

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: products manufactured in a customer-specified colour are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Installation & production

• Installation: no drilling or welding of the chassis is required. However, the inner front end plates of the chassis must be trimmed.

• Specialist workshop recommended: correct attachment to the chassis is essential for safe recovery use.

• Production time: up to 8 weeks.

• Road approval: this bumper with bull bar is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Check the possibility of individual approval before purchasing.
