Renew the main suspension bushes on your Opel Monterey and restore more controlled wheel and rear-axle movement. Soft or worn original rubber can allow additional play at several front and rear suspension positions.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit covers the listed mounting points and is designed for road use, overland travel and occasional off-road driving.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less under braking, cornering and drive forces than soft or worn rubber. This can help the front control arms, rear control arms and Panhard rod retain wheel and axle position more consistently.

The final result also depends on the condition of joints, wheel bearings, steering, dampers and mounting points.

Installation note

Assign the different bushes clearly to their positions before removal. Inspect all arms, the Panhard rod, bolts and mounts for wear, corrosion or deformation, and recheck every fastener after fitting.
