Restore more controlled axle location on your Nissan Patrol Y61 3.0 Di. The front and rear solid axles are guided by control arms and Panhard rods; when the original rubber bushes become soft or worn, unwanted fore-and-aft and lateral axle movement can develop.

This orange XL polyurethane kit with 75 Shore A renews the listed mounting points at both axles. It is designed for road use, overland travel and mixed off-road driving.

More defined axle location

Aged rubber can deform more under braking, drive and lateral forces. Polyurethane retains its shape better and can reduce unwanted longitudinal movement at the control arms and lateral movement at the Panhard rods.

The final result also depends on the condition of joints, bolts, mounting points, wheel bearings, steering and dampers.

Installation note

Inspect the control arms, Panhard rods, bolts and mounting points for corrosion, elongated holes or deformation. Work on axle-location components should be carried out professionally.
