More stable wheel and axle location

The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the front control arms retain wheel position more precisely while the rear control arms and Panhard rod locate the axle more consistently.

The firmer mounting can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body. Worn joints, bolts, mounts or deformed arms must be replaced separately.

Installation note

Inspect the control arms, Panhard rod, anti-roll bars, bolts and mounts for corrosion, scoring or deformation. Suspension and axle-location work should be carried out professionally.
