Upgrade the key suspension mounting points on your Mitsubishi Pajero II V20 for demanding off-road and high-load use. Worn original rubber can allow additional wheel, axle and anti-roll-bar movement at the front and rear suspension.

This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit renews the listed positions and is available with either 60 or 65 mm axle-side rear control-arm bushes.

Measure before ordering

Measure the width of the existing axle-side rear control-arm bushes or mounts. Select the matching 60 or 65 mm version.

More stable wheel and axle location

The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the control arms and Panhard rod retain wheel and axle position more precisely.

The firmer mounting can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body. Worn joints, bolts, mounts or deformed arms must be replaced separately.

• Front lower control arms: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Frame-side front lower control-arm mounts: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Rear control arms, axle side: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves in the selected width
• Rear control arms, chassis side: 4 PU bushes
• Rear Panhard rod: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Steering idler arm: 2 PU bushes
• Anti-roll-bar links: 12 PU bushes
• Front anti-roll bar: 2 PU bushes

Installation note

Inspect all control arms, the Panhard rod, anti-roll bars, bolts and mounts for corrosion, scoring or deformation. Suspension and axle-location work should be carried out professionally.
