The MorE 4x4 aluminum combined skid plate for the Toyota Hilux Vigo (Generation 7, pre-facelift) offers high-strength, comprehensive protection for the most vulnerable mechanical components on the underside of the vehicle's front. This skid plate covers three essential components simultaneously: the engine (incl. oil pan), the front axle differential, and the susceptible steering linkage with tie rods.

The Hilux Vigo is known worldwide as an tireless workhorse and expedition vehicle. However, those who drive the vehicle in harsh terrain, in forests, on construction sites, or on overland tours quickly reach the limits of the original plastic covers. Since the Hilux has independent front suspension, the front differential housing and sensitive steering components are, by design, unprotected in the potential impact zone. Careless grounding on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps, or hard bottoming out in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the engine oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the underside of your pick-up. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring the installation of the remaining plates of the underbody system.

⚠️ Important compatibility note: This skid plate is specifically designed for use in combination with the MorE 4x4 steel bumper (model MO-Z010) on vehicles from model years 2005 to 2011 (pre-facelift). It connects perfectly to this winch bumper and forms a closed, aerodynamic ramp at the front of the vehicle. It fits all engine variants (such as the 2.5 D-4D or 3.0 D-4D).

The scope of delivery for this item includes only the front engine, differential, and tie rod protection plate. The other skid plates (for transmission, transfer case, etc.) are not included but can be purchased separately in our shop.
