The MorE 4x4 Aluminum Combined Skid Plate for the Toyota FJ Cruiser (suitable for all model years from 2006 onwards) offers high-strength, extensive protection for the most vulnerable mechanical components on the underside of the vehicle's front. This skid plate simultaneously covers three essential components: the engine (incl. oil pan), the front axle differential, and the susceptible steering linkage with tie rods.

With its distinctive retro design and robust Land Cruiser basis, the FJ Cruiser is an extremely popular vehicle for overland tours and challenging terrain. However, if you drive the Cruiser as intended, the original, thin plastic covers quickly reach their limits. Since the vehicle has independent front suspension, the front differential housing and sensitive steering components are structurally unprotected in the potential impact zone. Careless bottoming out on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps in the forest, or hard impact in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the engine oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the underside of your FJ Cruiser. It is specially designed to fit seamlessly under the original factory bumper. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can also be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring the remaining plates of the underbody system to be installed.
