Give your Grand Vitara the ultimate off-road look and extra space for larger tires! With this body-mount set (body lift kit) including high-strength, extended mounting components, you'll give your Suzuki Grand Vitara (model years 05/1999 – 09/2005) a solid body lift.

This set replaces worn original mounts and simultaneously lifts the body off the frame. This creates significantly more space in the wheel wells for extreme off-road tires, without negatively affecting the vehicle's center of gravity. Our orange performance version (90 ShA) offers maximum rigidity and ensures that the lifted body remains absolutely stable, torsion-resistant, and securely seated on the frame, even with hard impacts off-road.

Why this body mount lift kit (90 ShA)?

The combination of robust polyurethane and an integrated lift is the cleanest solution for a body lift. The high-quality PU material with a hardness of 90 ShA, unlike cheap aluminum blocks or old rubber, does not collapse even under extreme off-road loads and provides extremely direct feedback.

• True body lift: Creates valuable space for larger wheels and provides a powerful off-road look.

• All-round carefree package: In addition to the main and auxiliary mounts, all suitable, extended screws (grade 8.8), stud extensions, metal sleeves, and washers for the conversion are included.

• Maximum dimensional stability (90 ShA): The high-strength polyurethane does not become porous, does not age, and easily withstands the permanent lever forces of a lift.

• Weather and chemical resistant: Absolutely insensitive to mud, water, oil, and aggressive underbody protection chemicals.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES ON INSTALLATION & LEGAL

• No road approval: These components are specially designed for motorsport and pure off-road use. They do not have TÜV parts certificates or ABE and are generally not approved under StVZO (individual approval may be required).

• Additional adjustments required: Due to the body lift, further adjustments must be made depending on the vehicle's condition. These include checking and, if necessary, extending brake lines, steering spindle, radiator overflow hoses, wiring harnesses, as well as adjusting the shift levers and the radiator shroud (fan blade clearance). Installation should therefore only be carried out by qualified personnel.

1. Main body mounts (lift): 8x PU mounts

2. Auxiliary mounts: 4x PU mounts

3. Extended fastening screws (Grade 8.8): 2x screws + 2x metal sleeves

4. Stud extensions: 6x threaded extensions + 6x washers
