When a Toyota Land Cruiser J150 Long is driven off-road in difficult terrain, the rear quickly becomes the first point of failure: sharp rocks when rolling over, hidden tree stumps in dense undergrowth, deep ruts with hard impacts, and abrupt edges on the ground can cause expensive damage to the body, frame, and rear in seconds. This is precisely where the MorE 4x4 rear bumper comes in – as an uncompromising heavy-duty protection for the overlanding off-roader, precisely designed for maximum stability where standard parts have long reached their limits.
The construction made of 6, 4, and 3 mm steel provides the necessary reserves for harsh off-road use and also offers a highly resilient base for demanding applications off any paved road. Thanks to the continuous adjustment in three planes, the bumper can be precisely aligned with the vehicle, which significantly simplifies installation and allows for a clean, stress-free fit. Side supports, bolted to the ladder frame, provide additional support for the long rear section and prevent the construction from moving uncontrollably under load or during torsion in the terrain.
The equipment also reflects genuine expedition requirements: an integrated mount for a rear fog light and reinforced fastenings for shackle holders make this rear bumper a functional protection and work module for serious off-road vehicles. The surface is first shot-blasted, then protected using the arc-zinc spray process, and then finished with a highly abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and a black textured paint with a fine crack look – for maximum resistance against stone chips, corrosion, and relentless continuous use.
Please note: This off-road bumper does not have a general operating permit (ABE), no TÜV parts certificate, and no regular road approval under the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, a potential individual approval (§ 21 StVZO) must be clarified with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site before purchase.
