Give your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 3-door the protection it needs off-road. This steel rear bumper was developed specifically for the short-body, narrow-frame version. It replaces the vulnerable original plastic bumper and reliably protects the rear of the Vitara from rocks, trees and other obstacles.

Robust construction & precision manufacturing

Strength and durability are the focus of this rear protection.

• Material thickness: the bumper body is made from 3 mm steel plate. The frame brackets are made from heavy-duty 6 mm steel for high load capacity.

• Manufacturing: all components are laser-cut and CNC-bent to ensure an accurate fit on the 3-door model.

• Surface protection: sandblasted and finished with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for excellent corrosion protection.

Off-road features & functionality

• Hi-Lift points: integrated, reinforced mounting points allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: holes for recovery-shackle mounts are already provided; compatible mounts are available separately from our shop.

• Light preparation: precisely fitting openings are provided for reversing and rear fog lights. We recommend Fristom FT-40 and FT-41; these lights are not included.

Colours & finish

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Plug & play: no cutting or welding is required on the Suzuki. All bolts and brackets required for direct frame mounting are included.

• Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safe use of jacks and recovery shackles.

• Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
