Thanks to an innovative mounting design, it is extremely durable without making the vehicle's rear unnecessarily heavy.

Robust Manufacturing & Lightweight Design

Precision meets stability – each bumper is manufactured to the highest quality standards:

• Material Thickness: Made from 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel sheet. The mounting points to the vehicle structure are specially reinforced to absorb maximum forces.

• Manufacturing: All parts are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes to ensure an exact fit.

• Finish: The component is sandblasted and coated with a double powder coat for excellent corrosion protection.

Off-Road Features & Enhancements

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated openings allow you to securely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper – ideal for tire changes or off-road recoveries.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are already present. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Lighting: The set includes integrated LED lamps for improved visibility and safety during maneuvering.

• Optional Spare Wheel Carrier: If desired, you can order a suitable spare wheel carrier. With this combination, we manufacture the bumper directly with an integrated license plate mount.

Colors & Surfaces

By default, we deliver the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Alternatively, the following options are available:

• Textured Black (RAL 9005)

• Custom RAL Color: Simply enter your desired RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is custom-made for you if you choose a specific color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Easy Installation: No cutting or welding on your Forester is required for installation. All necessary small parts are included.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation performed by a specialist workshop. A correct connection to the frame is essential for safety when using jacks and recovery shackles.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual inspection before purchase with an expert.
