Give your 7th-generation Toyota Hilux a substantial upgrade. This steel front bumper is designed for demanding use and combines maximum protection, functionality and a purposeful off-road appearance. Its engineered construction makes it a strong base for expeditions and hard working use.

Two-piece high-end construction

The bumper uses an extremely robust two-piece design.

• Winch plate: made from closed sections and 4–5 mm steel plate. It forms the core of the construction and bolts directly to the frame.

• Bumper body: made from 2.5–5 mm steel, additionally reinforced at the shackle and Hi-Lift points and with internal profiles.

• TIG welding: all outer seams are TIG-welded for clean, strong welds that retain the full material thickness.

• Corrosion protection: sandblasted and finished with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: optimised for off-road winches. We recommend Husar Winch for particularly clean integration. The position allows easy access to the clutch lever.

• Hi-Lift points: reinforced openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are provided; compatible mounts are available separately.

• LED lighting: integrated LED lights are included for effective illumination.

• Washer-fluid reservoir protection: bolt-on protection plates for the washer-fluid reservoir are included.

Colours & finishes

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Installation: no drilling or welding is required on the frame. However, the inner front end plates of the frame must be shortened.

• Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safe recovery use.

• Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
