Prepare your Suzuki Samurai for demanding terrain. This steel front bumper replaces the original bumper with a robust construction that protects the front end and provides a stable base for a winch and Hi-Lift recovery operations.

Robust construction & accurate fit

Each bumper is manufactured with high precision for demanding off-road use.

• Material thickness: made from 3 mm steel plate. At the critical mounting points where the bumper attaches directly to the frame, the material is reinforced to 5 mm.

• Precision manufacturing: all parts are laser-cut and formed on CNC press brakes for an accurate fit on the Samurai.

• Finish: sandblasted and double powder-coated in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for durable corrosion protection.

Off-road equipment & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: the bumper includes a plate optimised for common off-road winches.

• Hi-Lift points: dedicated openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are provided; compatible mounts are available separately.

• Combined LED lighting: modern combination lights are included, integrating both daytime running lights and indicators.

Colours & finishes

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Plug & play: no cutting or welding is required on the Samurai. All components needed for installation are included.

• Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct attachment to the frame is essential for safe winch use.

• Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
