Upgrade your Suzuki Jimny with a steel front bumper that combines modern design with uncompromising off-road capability. It provides substantial front-end protection and a robust platform for winch recovery without detracting from the Jimny’s characteristic appearance.

High-precision manufacturing & TIG welding

The bumper is manufactured to a high standard of workmanship.

• Two-piece construction: heavy-duty frame brackets in 4–5 mm steel and a bumper body in 2.5–5 mm steel, additionally reinforced at high-load points.

• TIG welding: the outer seams are TIG-welded for clean, strong welds that do not require grinding, preserving the full material thickness.

• Finish: sandblasted and double powder-coated in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Precision: all components are laser-cut and CNC-bent.

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: the supplied plate is optimised for off-road winches. We recommend Husar Winch for particularly clean integration and easy access to the clutch lever.

• Hi-Lift points: reinforced openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are provided; compatible mounts are available separately.

• Fog-light integration: the bumper is designed so the original fog lights can be retained.

Colours & finishes

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: available at extra cost; enter the RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Installation: drilling is required for a completely secure connection to the frame. Welding is not required.

• Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safe winch recovery.

• Additional accessory: a separate underbody guard protecting the steering linkage and Panhard rod is available.

• Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
