Give your Suzuki Grand Vitara I (3-door, 5-door or XL7) the protection it needs off-road. This steel front bumper provides substantial front-end protection while also creating a strong base for winch recovery.

Robust construction & accurate fit

Each bumper is manufactured with high precision to achieve a good balance between weight and strength.

• Material thickness: made from 3 mm steel plate, with heavy-duty 5 mm mounting points at the frame.

• Manufacturing: all components are laser-cut and formed on modern CNC press brakes.

• Corrosion protection: finished with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for long service life in off-road conditions.

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: the bumper is prepared for mounting an off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift points: dedicated openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be positioned safely directly on the bumper.

• Shackle mounting points: mounting holes are provided; compatible mounts are available separately from our shop.

• LED daytime running lights included: integrated LED lights are included for improved visibility both on-road and off-road.

Colours & finish

Supplied as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL colour: any RAL colour can be specified at extra cost. Enter the required RAL code in the order comments.

Custom-colour notice: because the bumper is manufactured specifically in your chosen colour, custom-colour products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important installation & production information

• Installation: for an especially solid attachment, we recommend drilling 4 to 6 additional holes (Ø 10 mm) in the frame. Welding is not required.

• Specialist workshop recommended: we strongly recommend installation by a specialist workshop. Correct attachment to the frame is essential for safe winch use.

• Additional accessories: matching skid plates for the differential and gearbox are available separately. The underbody protection shown in the photos is not included.

• Production time: each bumper is made to order; production takes up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: the bumper is not approved for road use and is supplied without type-approval documents. Please clarify individual-approval options before purchasing.
