Steel Front Bumper with Integrated Winch Mount

This vehicle-specific bumper is designed for pre-facelift Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models built from 2005 to 2010. It replaces the factory bumper with a robust steel construction and combines front protection, an integrated winch plate and prepared mounting points for lighting and recovery accessories.

Frame Connection and Equipment

The additional side supports stabilise the long outer sections and assist precise alignment. The winch plate, reinforced shackle-holder threads and two light brackets are integrated. The winch, shackles, shackle holders and lights are supplied only where explicitly stated in the selected variant.

Surface Protection

The bumper is shot-blasted, zinc-coated using an electric-arc process and finished with an abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and black textured top coat.
