Heavy-Duty Construction

Precision meets stability: The bumper is cut using state-of-the-art laser technology and formed on CNC press brakes.

Material thickness: The housing consists of 3 mm to 5 mm thick steel.
Massive attachment: The mounting points to the vehicle structure are consistently made of 5 mm steel to withstand the highest tensile loads during recovery operations.

Features & Functionality

Integrated Bull Bar: Additional protection for the radiator area from branches and obstacles off-road.
Integrated Winch Plate: Provides a stable base for mounting all common off-road winches.
Original Fog Lights: Precisely fitting openings allow you to continue using your original fog lights.
Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated attachment points for the safe use of a Hi-Lift jack.
Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for shackle hooks are available (mounts available as optional accessories).

Colors & Surface Finish

Standard delivery is with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Optionally available:

Black textured paint (RAL 9005)
Custom RAL Color: Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important note on custom colors: As the bumper is specially made for you if a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

Production Time: Due to individual manufacturing, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.
Professional Installation: Due to the technical integration and weight, we strongly recommend having the installation performed by a specialized workshop.
Road Legalization: This bumper with bull bar has no road approval and is delivered without documents (expert opinions/ABE). Registration via individual acceptance is often difficult – please clarify this before purchasing with your inspection engineer.
