Steel Bumper with Integrated Winch Mount for Ford Ranger

This vehicle-specific winch bumper for the Ford Ranger T7 and T8 (PX2/PX3), model years 2016–2022, replaces the factory front bumper with a robust steel construction for off-road travel, demanding work and expedition builds.

Depending on the load area, the bumper is manufactured from 6, 4 and 3 mm steel. An integrated winch mount, two built-in light brackets and reinforced threaded points for optional shackle mounts combine front-end protection with practical recovery preparation.

Vehicle-Specific Construction

The bumper follows the contours of the Ranger and provides a durable alternative to the factory plastic front. Additional side supports are bolted to the vehicle structure to stabilise the outer sections.

Integrated Winch, Recovery and Light Preparation

The winch plate is permanently integrated, so no separate external mounting plate is required. Reinforced threaded points for shackle holders and two light brackets are included in every bumper. The winch, shackle holders, recovery shackles and lights are supplied only where explicitly stated in the selected variant.

Parking-Sensor Note

No openings for parking sensors are pre-cut. Where the original sensors are to be retained, suitable openings must be produced professionally during installation.

Surface Protection

The steel is shot-blasted, zinc-sprayed using an electric-arc process and finished with a durable black textured polyester powder coating.
