Moreover, a large off-road spare tire blocks valuable storage space, while important equipment such as jerry cans and recovery tools must be quickly and externally accessible in an emergency.

This extremely robust, swing-out equipment carrier was specifically developed to form a highly functional and indestructible extension for MorE 4x4 steel rear bumpers on pickup vehicles. Manufactured from certified steel in precisely matched material thicknesses of 2 mm to 6 mm, the construction effortlessly absorbs the immense leverage forces of heavy off-road wheels. An absolute highlight is the sophisticated swivel system: Thanks to a massive, conical special hinge, the carrier remains absolutely torsionally rigid both while driving and in the open position. A mechanical hood latch also guarantees bomb-proof, vibration-free locking when closed.

The carrier is designed ex works as a true multitool for overlanders. It comes standard with a fully adjustable spare tire mount, a specific mount for the Hi-Lift jack, a modular system for other accessories, and an ingenious, fold-out camp table that opens smoothly and stably via gas springs. For ultimate protection against stone chips, salt, and the harshest weather, the construction undergoes a proven high-end process: After shot blasting, an electric arc zinc spray coating is applied, before the component is finished with an extremely abrasion-resistant Sahara polyester powder coating and a particularly durable black textured paint with a fine crack look.

If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, the following applies: A potential registration by means of an individual inspection (§ 21 StVZO) must be clarified individually with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site before purchase.
