This winch mounting plate is designed for concealed installation behind the original plastic bumper of the Nissan Navara D23.
Product Details
- Material: steel profile and 4, 5 and 6 mm steel sheets with CNC-laser-cut, press-brake-formed and welded components
- Finish: galvanised as standard; optional double powder coating in Matte Black RAL 9005
- Winch capacity: up to 13,000 lb, approximately 5.9 tonnes
- Frame mounting: replaces the original impact protection and uses four original bolts
- Reinforcement: two supplied reinforcement elements insert into the frame and are secured with four M12 bolts; the plate attaches to them with four further M12 bolts
- Installation: removal of the original impact protection is required; installation by an off-road specialist workshop is recommended
- Production time: up to 8 weeks
- Scope of delivery: winch mounting plate with frame reinforcements and mounting kit
