Prepare your Nissan Navara D23 for the toughest off-road challenges! A winch mounting plate is an indispensable accessory for any pickup that ventures off paved roads. If you often drive alone or brave challenging terrain, your own winch on a solid foundation is your best insurance.

Massive Construction & Discrete Integration

Our mounting plate was developed to withstand extreme tensile loads while maintaining your vehicle's aesthetics:

• Material & Manufacturing: The construction is based on a robust steel profile and steel sheets in thicknesses of 4 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm. All parts are precisely CNC laser cut, bent on press brakes, and professionally welded.

• Corrosion Protection: To protect against water, mud, and road salt, the entire plate is galvanically zinc-plated as standard.

• Perfect Fit: The plate is precisely tailored to the structure of the Navara D23 and the original plastic bumper. After mounting, it is almost invisible and neatly integrated into the bumper.

• High Load Capacity: The construction is easily designed to accommodate winches with a pulling force of up to 13,000 lbs (approx. 5.9 tons).

Reinforced Frame Mounting

Safety during recovery operations largely depends on the connection between the plate and the chassis:

• Multi-Point Mounting: The plate is attached to the front of the frame (instead of the original impact protection) with 4 original screws.

• Additional Reinforcement: The set includes two additional reinforcement elements that are inserted directly into the frame and fixed with 4 M12 screws. The plate itself is screwed to these reinforcements with another 4 M12 screws, resulting in an extremely rigid and load-bearing unit.

Optional Finishes

The product is supplied in a galvanized finish as standard.

• Powder Coating: For an additional charge, the plate can be finished with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Important Notes

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: Since the original impact protection must be dismantled and enormous forces act during recovery, we recommend installation by an off-road specialist workshop.

• Production Time: Since each plate is manufactured with the highest precision, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This mounting plate is a technical component for off-road use. Please clarify the registrability (especially with regard to pedestrian protection) before purchasing with an expert.
