Unlike metal spacers, high-strength polyurethane with a hardness of 90 ShA offers crucial advantages for your Nissan:

• Extreme hardness: The material is almost rigid and extremely pressure-resistant – it reliably maintains its shape even with heavy superstructures (roof tents, winch bumpers) or hard impacts off-road.

• Vibration damping: PU acts as a sound insulator and prevents the transfer of fine vibrations to the body, which noticeably improves driving comfort compared to aluminum spacers.

Product Details & Configuration

This set was specially developed for the Nissan Patrol chassis. To offer the right height for every application, the product is available in three variants:

• Available heights: 30 mm, 40 mm or 50 mm (please select when ordering).

• Color: Orange.

• Hardness: 90 ShA (Heavy Duty).

Scope of Delivery (Complete Set)

The set contains the components for lifting both rigid axles:

• Front spring pads: 2x PU spacers

• Rear spring pads: 2x PU spacers

Important Notes on Installation & Approval

• Chassis adjustments: Please note that depending on the chosen height, further adjustments to the chassis may be necessary. Especially with the 40mm and 50mm variants, the shock absorber length, the clearance of the brake lines, and the position of the Panhard rods should be checked to ensure full articulation and correct axle geometry.

• Legal Notice: The parts do not have an expert report (parts certificate or ABE). They are therefore not approved for public road traffic in Germany according to the StVZO and are intended exclusively for export or use on private property/off-road sports.
