Why Polyurethane Spacers (90 ShA)?

In contrast to metal spacers, high-strength polyurethane with a hardness of 90 ShA offers decisive advantages for your Wrangler:

Extreme Hardness: The material is almost rigid and extremely pressure-resistant – it reliably maintains its shape even under maximum load or hard impacts off-road.
Vibration Damping: PU acts as sound insulation and prevents the typical "metal-on-metal" clunking that often occurs with aluminum spacers.
Weather Resistant: Absolutely resistant to corrosion, road salt, mud, and UV radiation – ideal for tough off-road use.

Product Details & Configuration

This kit was specially developed for the Jeep Wrangler JK chassis. To offer the right height for every conversion, the product is available in three variants:

Available Heights: 30 mm, 40 mm or 50 mm (please select when ordering).
Color: Orange.
Hardness: 90 ShA (Heavy Duty).

Important Notes on Installation & Approval

Chassis Adjustments: Please note that depending on the selected height, further adjustments to the chassis may be necessary. For the 50mm variant in particular, this often includes longer shock absorbers and, if necessary, corrections to the sway bar links and track bars to maintain correct axle geometry.
Legal Notice: The parts have no certificate (parts certificate or ABE). They are therefore not approved for public road traffic in Germany according to the StVZO and are exclusively intended for export or use on private land/off-road sports.
