The MorE 4x4 aluminum rear axle differential skid plate for the Volkswagen T5, T6, and T6.1 in the 4Motion all-wheel drive version offers high-strength protection for one of the most valuable mechanical components at the rear of your vehicle. While the front engine compartment in all-wheel drive models is often the focus, the rear axle differential is easily overlooked in harsh terrain.

Whether reversing in rough forestry operations, driving through deep, rutted mud tracks, or overcoming crests and rocks on holiday with a camper conversion: the rear axle differential housing is located deep and completely unprotected in the impact zone. An inadvertent impact against a massive stone or hidden tree stump can damage the sensitive cast housing, impair the Haldex clutch, or lead to acute oil loss – which immediately cripples the all-wheel drive and results in extremely expensive repair costs.

This vehicle-specific underbody protection perfectly closes this security gap. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without the front plates of the underbody system necessarily having to be installed.
